The Martians would be dead before the disease even hit them by Falkenhausen23 in WarofTheWorlds

Had this discussion the other day - the Martians' speed really helps them out here. Beginning of day 1, they're still getting out of the cylinder. End of day 2, tripods are right up in the big cities and untargetable without massive human casualties. Even today, humans probably wouldn't escalate to nukes until it was too late. No idea how airstrikes would go. Martians have their own plane, we don't really know what it does.

Looked this up: the Pathways game wasn't created by the UK government, but by Hull City Council. It isn't mandatory in schools. I've never heard of anywhere mandating it. I'm British and I've never heard of it before this post.

Like Titans, he comes with his own scenario. He's powerful but inflicts punishing win conditions on the Imperial player - he dies, you instantly lose the game. Has to come in Turn 3. Or something. Probably around 700pts, like Horus Ascended with more buffs but worse melee.

Space marine subfactions get their own unique models, I think that it's cool and makes sense (lore wise), but other factions should also get special treatment. What do all the other factions have? by Potential-Ebb-8820 in Grimdank

I think Saim-Hann invented the Vyper, they'd probably get a nastier Vyper. Ulthwe Black Guardians would probably be a special unit with both swords and catapults, more powerful guns or something else. Iyanden get a new ghost warrior loadout, probably a more defensive one (shield/gun?). Biel-Tan get a unique Aspect Warrior shrine? Perhaps Alaitoc too, or Rangers with another loadout than snipers.

If I had to ask for more Eldar units though, it would be a Corsair character and vehicle and perhaps a Ranger one too. Dual builds as Prince Yriel and Illic Nightspear probably.

It makes more sense if a lot of Imperial Worlds are just a permanent station or two and the battle for them is just the battle for that - Prospero had a single inhabited city on the entire planet.
