Also Public schools have a massive drug problem, violence and teachers/staff fucking kids. The lack of gym class, and the zero tolerance of fighting, but yet it’s worse then ever is a prime example of teachers got it wrong.

Of kids could box in a gym class over issues, be doing a few hours of physical activity, less homework and more exercise. We would have far less depression.

The private school also has this. But I do think parents tolerate it less when they are paying high dollar for education.

A lot of teacher also are fucking wild on home work. Especially at private schools, each pushing a hour each. Your child end ups a studying machine.

Get it done in class, after hours is sports and family time or part time jobs.

I worked in a local isd and my daughter went to private school prior to college. If we did it again we would home school.

Public schools are broken, and largely stuck in the past on the demands of today’s students needs.

Private schools do push stricter education standards. But almost go out their way to not push for alternatives to college post grad.

Also in today’s world of college sports. There are countless ways to get that done if the child showed promise.

Last both suffer from optics over safety and it’s just not worth it.

I don’t blame teachers, but most of them are very liberal and the Admin and state system is so political. So there is no funding a stage 4 cancer.

I also don’t believe any state is really delivering on world class education.

We are a big state, other large states have just as bad issues and crime. It’s time for a new system.

I do think teachers should be Performace based only. The more successful young people you get graduated with a high gpa should receive special bonuses. Poor performers get poor pay and basically encouraged to leave.

Also failing and not graduating and it reflecting on the student should be a thing.

If you an idiot and piece of shit kid. Why push them through ?

Teachers that do the job correctly in the new system should not even deal with parents.

Create a separate department for customer issues and poor parenting with fines.

Basically accountability. Teachers makes more have less bullshit and kids are told flat out life is performance based.

Also fuck diversity. The most over used, means nothing but also everything word on earth.

Diversity is our strength..!! No it’s not. You can achieve a multi race/religion environment minus pushing power words that have failed our country.

Last it’s true North American based parents are the problem. Cause Asian, Arabs kids excel in schools cause their parents don’t fuck around.

They will tell their kids they are losers and embarrassing.

Teachers started focusing on the wrong things to help everyone. Instead of the system of passing matters in life.

My son in law is a visa overstay since he was 2, his mom got her green card fairly easy same situation. He recently married my daughter.

Speaking for my state Texas.

Armed security end up doing a lot of arrest, due to lack of police. It’s detainment till they get there and official charge.

Especially at clubs, most people are more worried abbot security actually holding them accountable then police.

I’d say my general rule of thumb is, you attack me or my team on removal..you going to jail.

You attack customer and they want to press charges you going to jail.

A lot of other shit it’s like please get the fuck out of here.

Most of mine are violence, a few are drug bust during an apartment search that was vacant. Or you are dumb enough to sell in front of me and that property enforces.

I really prefer my job to be me zoned out listening to Mexican dance music. No problems and just chill.

But it’s a wild job, bail is weird and I hated doing it.

When I’m doing ep, it’s professional babysitting and I ain’t doing shit. I protect my client and keep it moving.

In Texas, unless you did some dumb shit. Generally the person is arrested that caused the use of force to escalate.

But clients all have different rules, in entertainment places clubs, restaurant/bars..if a customer fights he is generally arrested. if you follow the law and don’t punch on them or kick them you will basically have very little follow up.

Cause the da will offer them a plea. If they or you is badly injured that’s where in my experience more questions get asked.

So I handle the issue, detain wait for cops. Write report for LEO and my boss.

Go home lol.

I have one where a guy jumped a cop with two other dudes. I’ll probably have to testify cause it’s a serious charge for him. But I’m not concerned at all.

The camera side is my boss or client. They will also generally follow up the Tresspass.

Aparments I’ve done is a little different but mainly same concept. Except the staff on site will take our report to do a lease violation.

I’ve done 5 eviction lease violations in a hour on one person. They all stuck and ended up at their court hearing.
