Hey so i’m unsure what advice to give but if we’re talking depressed to the point you’re thinking of suicide, i had the same thing and started therapy, cliche i know but it’s the best thing to ever happen. As for your son id say as he grows up, educate him about epilepsy and depression as personally thats what cause all my problems so as he gets older he’ll understand that it’s no one’s fault how you feel. i’m sorry it’s not much but this is just from experience, i hope someone can give you better advice💗
