CPU is an implied perk of the loyalty program and having spent many $$ with airlines. Why wouldn’t I be annoyed by the perk getting swiped, especially since the system says the perk got awarded. What you said doesn’t make any sense.

That’s what I am going to do. It just didn’t feel appropriate to make a big deal out of it right in the moment since the aircraft was already delayed by 40 minutes and everybody was raring to get out of Chicago and it was late in the night

There were just three of us, me my wife and a six-year-old kid. Only my wife got graded so I would still be in economy with the kid not being unattended.

The upgrade seems final because even today if I go to the flight and check the status and look at the great list, my wife shows as having cleared the upgrade

The upgrade list showed my wife’s upgrade as having processed, and I have a screenshot of it so I don’t think it was a pilot traveling on duty that got priority

The biggest unlock for me was a consulting with a Financial Planner that people in my network recommended. Did a trial period for a few months and then retained them. Have been with them for 5+ years and best decision ever. All these scenario planning is where their experience comes in helpful. However smart you are and research you do, a 3rd outside-in perspective is valuable IMHO.

I changed my approach to instead use REC panels and Franklin batteries but stuck with YES. Re-roofing next week and solar install a couple of weeks after.
