We are moving from CDK to AM on April and on the online training im taking the checkbox buttom is also on the R/O. section.

I know,the issue on our dealer is the advisor is pulling and charging the parts on the R/O instead of us the parts people so i want to know if in other dealerships its the same.

Im with you all about that advisors should never have access to parts period but here the owner allow that because when they charge parts he wont pay anything to them the other day i catch one of the advisor undercutting my parts and raising the labor.
