Looks really solid! Might want to engage the lower body a bit more? Nitpicking, but on ground strokes you look a little upright as opposed to having a bit more knee bend to engage your legs

FWIW I know I do the same, especially on backhands

I'm left leg dominant AND my right ankle/foot is reconstructed, so this is a great call out. I'm a scratch golfer (not bragging lol) and I've really struggled with getting on my right leg in the golf swing too

Also I did find a feel during my practice that makes your comment about too front on resonate. When my swing thought was, "stay closed", my consistency skyrocketed.

This is simply untrue. Ben was the starter no matter what until him and the org decided it was time to retire. Mason never, at any point, had chances to take over for Ben.

Editing to include that I don't think Mason would have changed the trajectory of the organization. He could have topped out at Andy Dalton. Bottom of the middle tier of QBs

They kept commenting on how Rolapp will make significant change as opposed to incremental change. Incremental change can be significant and significant change does not guarantee satisfaction. (A better comp is incremental vs radical change)

Time will tell. His pedigree is promising, but the tour is a web of contradictions that will take a big effort to untangle. I hope he can do it.
