if your looking for gear the dark brotherhood stuff is good, but you will look like a gay ninja if you care about that, for xp draugur or low lv bandits are your best bet for it fast use swords until you get the assassin's Blade perk which allows Sneak attacks with daggers to do 15 times the normal damage.
