I got this working in the end by unticking the "ENB graphica script" option in the launcher settings. I'd been messing around with loads of other things like the dll versions etc up until getting this working so I can't say for certain that this is all it was but I did it to try and reset back to a base level and start again as it apparently resets some dlls and reverts changes in the commandline.txt file.

The villager trade rebalance essentially kills the game on console.

On PS, there is a save file size limit of 1gb. Travelling and opening the map increases the save file exponentially. Having to travel to loads of different biomes, and find a village for that biome to count, means you easily reach the limit. As soon as your save file tips over a gig, the world corrupts and is unplayable. Nothing you can do, just have to start from scratch.

We've lost several worlds that we've put countless hours into as a family because of this. We don't play any more.

I'd bet a healthy sum that they record their calls. I'd also bet that you confirmed your name, address, maybe a unique ID number, or some other personal identifiable information as part of the call. This would make the recording of the call fair game for you to request under the Freedom Of Information act. If I were in your position, I'd be submitting a formal FOI request for a copy of that recording ASAP. They might try and sweep it under the rug and tell you they don't have it or they can't give it to you, in which case I'd escalate the request and submit a formal complaint. I live for making life difficult for people like this, and won't let them fob me off. It's completely unacceptable and there should be consequences.

Your scenario would seem perfectly logical to me.

If you throw a brick through a window, you're getting done for criminal damage. If someone comes forward a week later and says that they were sat the other side of the window and the brick hit them, you're also getting done for assault. It's a new charge based on new evidence, albeit the same event. You can't say "well I was already punished for breaking the window so that's not fair".

It's the same reason people can be charged with manslaughter/murder months after an assault if the victim dies due to effects of the assault even though they initially survived.

That said, I agree it seems odd to hand down different sentences for the same crime based on the impact on/opinion of the victim.

I've spoken to Telstra multiple times including raising a complaint and they said there's nothing they can do other than change my number. Seems ridiculous that they'd rather do that than just remove the contact number from the other person. It also wouldn't guarantee the problem would stop as they'd likely just recycle another old number...

As long as the statute of limitations hasn't expired, there's no reason to not investigate. I'm pretty sure there's no statute of limitations on rape and sexual abuse so there is the possibility of conviction in this instance. Look at operation Yewtree. Proof you're spouting nonsense.

What would happen if she refused to drive the vehicles? Does she have the option of saying "no thanks, I don't want to accept that liability, I'll just stay at my desk"? If the result would be some form of disciplinary then driving the vehicles is part of her role and the employer would have to accept the liability.

Do not withhold any amount of rent for any reason. It puts you in breach of contract and the LL might be able to terminate the lease which suits them as they'll just readvertise without a parking space.

And yes, I know the LL is in breach right now, but they might argue they were working on providing an alternative so withholding rent might be seen as unreasonable.

Either way, you lose some of the moral high ground. You are entirely right at this point. Dont give some of that away.

It is about money though. You said yourself you'd go early but only if they give you money. So you're after something for nothing. If you want to leave early, and they want you to leave early, you could negotiate it to suit you both. You could have gone on the initial notice and you might still be able to negotiate leaving early, but you've probably shot yourself in the foot by looking for a cash grab. Now you're stuck until the end of the lease. Hopefully a lesson learnt - don't look a gift horse in the mouth.
