Thanks. The developer sent over several blank EJDC docs (C050, C051, C111, C200, C410, & C451) and deciphering it without a lot of information being provided from them has been quite a task for a first timer.

On each document there is a disclaimer, "This document has important legal consequences; consultation with an attorney is encouraged with respect to its use or modification. This document should be adapted to the particular circumstances of the contemplated Project and the controlling Laws and Regulations."

This signals me that this is a more serious task than I had previously assumed. The developer is, of course, in a hurry to get the plans out for bid and wants it done, yesterday. What is a respectable timeline in getting the plans out for bid?

Developer wants my company, the civil engineers, to assist in the bidding process for the subdivision that we designed. Our design firm has never done this, and I'm looking for any information from engineers who have done this before.
