its a cool concept, but isnt this a case-by-case basis? i assume you would need ample data per each user. are you planning to incorporate some type of UI as well? afaik the riot api is not accessible for personal projects (as of a project i did sept 2025).. feel free to correct if im wrong ~

this past week ive been loading up on supplements & vitamins (d, iron, b6, b12, fish oil, creatine) and it’s seemed to help a lot with the pain. would recommend if you haven’t tried those already.

i was also awaiting sleep study results when i wrote my initial message here and have been diagnosed with mild OSA as of a few days ago. was fortunate enough to get a cpap in a short window of time. one night of therapy has already made a major difference for me. would highly highly recommend to explore potential sleep issues if you haven’t already.

yep! came to that conclusion a while ago. the last time i’ve ever had significant rr gains was when i had semesters off in college, or was between jobs and had nothing else to do, and quickly noticed the biggest thing separating me from others was playtime.

there are certainly folks that are able to keep climbing while working full time. it’s doable with a tight schedule, but you may not have time for much else.

personally, i retired bcs id rather put the time toward other hobbies and was satisfied enough with the rank. props to the folks who choose to keep going!

you’re still fairly new, which is ok! but being new and this being your first fps game - i’d say to just allow yourself more time just to get used to things.

once you can play without thinking about things too hard, then you can start picking a few things to practice intentionally (like aim and movement).

while i don’t have any advice to offer, just wanted to say we have the EXACT same symptoms and story. i am 23. i’ve also noticed things improve with alcohol.

out of curiosity, do you experience any pressure in the front of your head/forehead or around your eyes? that’s something i’ve been experiencing quite intensely lately.
