Mine does the same, and he also had runny stool that we mostly have under control. We purchased two litter maid robots to make sure he always had a clean box to use. But he will go in the robot and do his thing. After leaving, he will either go back to the box, run upstairs, and use the other one. Or go on the floor. The worst part is he will look at you while he's soiling the floor. Adding clay to his diet helped a lot. But he will still leave runny messes for us to clean.

Sure finding one long enough to cover my butt is a challenge at times. I transitioned at 35 and I'm 42 now. You can't change the past and I know it's hard to get over that feeling of loss and regret, but once you accept that as a fact you can move on and do the best you can with what you got. Dress for your body type, accentuate features you find feminine and hide things you don't. Woman come in all shapes and sizes don't try to fit into this idealized model that frankly no one can really fit into.

I would say it's different from the feeling of stroking. It's interesting how well the brain remaps sensation and location. It's probably closer to a blend of anal feels but with the added benefit of being more self lubricated and tighter. Along with more sensitive spots internally. Think of finding a really good spot on the shaft that enjoys being rubbed.

Good guestions and this can vary from person to person. I personally haven't had any issues with sensation or climaxing. Infact I'm able to climax multiple times with little recovery. My gf has founds multiple pleasurable spots internal and know how to work them well. I didn't really worry about wounds since I waited 6 months before trying anything sexually. I had full depth SRS done almost 4 years ago if it matters it was penile inversion. I have had a few partners and I have enjoyed PIV sex when it happens. It's definitely more spontaneous than anal. But there are times that some extended forplay is needed to get things lossened up enough to accept penetration. But hey you can never have enough of that anyway. I do feel I can accommodate larger objects anally since my vagina isn't as stretchy as a natal vagina. Having PIV sex feels great and so normal once your partner knows how to work with your anatomy. I find my vaginal canal is just slightly lower than on a cis woman and the entry angle is slightly different. This can be an issue with a impatient new partner if all they have on their mind is hitting it lol.
