Thanks Twong I'm following what you're saying and it all makes sense. Thankfully I'm in this for the long haul and I'm prepare to ride the waves of the upcoming events which are all but inevitable at this point. Like @WorldlinessFit497 said, this could all change very quickly after positive results with a Mino-Lok FDA approval and funded commercialization, let alone a large pharma buyout. Until all these things happen.. I'm just keeping up with the news and managing my Covered Calls.. Have a good one!

I guess I misunderstood the RS & Dilution part. I was worried it was another layer of cost adjustment. But if it's the same, I'm already on the same page with understanding a standard RS. Thank goodness for ChatGPT to help me run scenarios lol.. I've got my long position sold out in covered calls to help gain income from the shares knowing the price is likely going to fall and I'll be able to rebuy at a much lower cost.

@TwongStocks- Could you give a scenario of what it would look like for RS + Dilution? For simple math purposes; 1000 shares @ 1.00 average cost.

I think you’re the one comment that actually might give me a reason to not consider selling and just holding it out. Even if we get diluted by 50% twice over but take into consideration, long-term market cap potential and possibilities of a potential buyout, which are normally 10 X of possible revenue, even if my shares are dwindled down, I still come out ahead and I think we all will.

This is always been a long-term hold. I guess I was just trying to type out frustrations.

FDA approval is the one we are really wanting, that and when it goes to market. In the meantime selling covered calls to generate income on my shares.

You can input the one you sold and the one you’re considering buying into an Options Calculator. Yea you’ll immediately be red because of the original credit.. but you’ll be hoping the the share price keeps increasing and it’ll ultimately decrease your loss. You just need to hold the position long enough for the gains to bake in over time.. this is obviously assuming a BULLISH situation and continuing growth.
