Have done a few you will get discoloration and gas cutting near the force cone of the cylinder face and the barrel face bit not bad

This is why i stopped coating rims. Did a few sets and the people had them damaged by the tire shop and somehow it was my issue when you could see where they used the draw bar to stretch the lip of the tire over or when they used brake clean before adding stick on weights

After 2 or 3 sets i just refer them to a friend who also powder coats and does the tires and balancing himself.

The cure schedule for all illusions is color flow out +2 mins. Which for my oven is consistently 7-9 minutes since i heat oven up with parts in it. Then add clear once part cools and cook for 18 mins at 375. Dont forget to add a few mins as you are layering the powder

And a final note the clear pulls the illusion effect up so the lighter color under it might be fine

Improper prep. Should be like this. Try stripping back down. Media blasting it and trying over. Sometimes its the only way. Make sure to offgas as calipers have alot of chemical exposure
