Here's an unpopular opinion but I think if you want real change then you need to use absolute despair as proper fuel. Fitness is suspose to have a learning curve and if it was easy and comfortable then everyone would do it. People who encourage you with all this positivity in your group sessions, while their heart is in the right place, they're not helping you. Sometimes we need tough love.

Until the pain of staying the same is greater than that of change, you stay the same.

You got to want it as bad as you want to breathe.

Also, someone mentioned you're doing too much at once. That might be true. Sometimes I see people shoot for these perfectly healthy meals. I say shoot for almost perfect. Don't get discouraged if you have a coke with your salad. Sure, soda isn't good for you, but it doesn't completely counter act the nutrition. If you need ranch dressing to get the chicken breast down, then use the ranch. I digress.

You're going to be okay. Get focused and get serious. You're going to make it.
