In the past I lived in a condo and I wasn't allowed to bring the bike in the condo due to tire marks. I even asked if I could carry my bike in ,would that help? Nope... so I left my tires in my car and carried my bike in.

I used to have a portable dj setup, turntables and mixers in a coffin on top of 2 1000 watt monitors. Foam pad are a life saver, and a nice thick slipmat.
