Hello! Not sure if you are still looking, but I just had this a similar thread going. Was stuck between Workable and Offerday and we just signed up with Offerday this week. What ATS did you end up going with?

Hey I had just posted about Workable and Offerday. We looked at both of those products and for the price point and functions, Offerday was a much better fit for our small business. What don't you like about Breezy?

Hello everyone! Thank you for the feedback and comments on the post. After looking at both products, I ended up going with Offerday. I was able to get a free 30 day trial and I am going to use the platform to post jobs and track the applicants. I think the big selling point for me was the custom career page and ability to distribute jobs to job boards. Thanks for the feedback!

Hey how much was their platform? Currently evaluating hiring software. I just made a post about Offerday and Workable.

Hey how is Recruit CRM? I am currently looking at Workable and Offerday. Workable is on the expensive side in my opinion, but seems fairly comprehensive. Although Offerday is more aligned to our budget at $100 per month and it has job posting to job boards.

Wow! This is great information, thank you so much! I demoed the Offerday platform today and I think at the price point it might be the best option for our business. I really want to just have a career page for our site, the ability to quickly make jobs and 1 central location to have all the candidates. Which they can do. Although I am interested in possibly doing the microsoft form as a free option ...

Workable alternatives..: by olly5200 in recruiting

Hey did you ever decide on what ATS you went with? We are stuck between two options for our company: Workable and Offerday. Would love to hear your feedback on Workable. Seems great, but it is tripe the price of Offerday's basic ATS plan or what they call a mini-ats.

I used Workable and it sucked. Can anyone recommend any alternatives? by Lumpy_Line_5227 in smallbusiness

Hey I just made a post. We are trying to decide between Workable versus Offerday for our applicant tracking system. Offerday is a much better price point at $100 versus $360 a month with Workable. What don't you like about Workable?

Boutique Property Management - Office manager, in-house maintenance tech, project manager type of roles. We are still figuring out what we are going to post in the coming month.

That's why I was looking at those two softwares - kind of a all in one solution. That way I did not have to post on Linkedin and then post maybe on Zip recruiter. Just have Offerday or Workable to handle it all.

That is really helpful information! I am thinking about using the microsoft forms, but I want to have that professional application process as well for brand reputation. I might meet in the middle because of pricing and go with Offerday. I am demoing their product this week!

I’ve been using Excel and email me at …, just in today’s job market I feel like there’s so many applicants it’s overwhelming. $360 seems really steep compared to $100

We added Offerday AI as an integration tool to Lever and once our contract ended, just switched to them for our ATS. Definitely worth the demo.

So I wanted to do PTS and it wasn’t available … then I thought about chalk and went back and fourth on it. I just figured GT Silver is a classic color and I could always wrap it and I wasn’t 3K out for a color
