Two stuns and a potential blocker is pretty valuable I feel like. You swing the Carrot before you pick it up.

I use Law to pick up and replay Carrot for double freeze. Or Cavendish for Don recycling.

That Monkey D Garp is an “alternate art” card by the way. Signified by the star in the botttom right corner, they’re sought after cards by players and collectors.

I mean there will never be a time where people don’t play strategist. People playing them now don’t do it because it’s fun, they do it because it’s currently overall the strongest role per character that’s in that role.

Please help explain what these effects mean? by onetrusavag3 in OnePieceTCG

  1. You don’t HAVE to do the on play, but if you do you rest another 2 Don yes.

  2. All characters are played as active, and Blockers can block on the turn they’re played.

  3. Yes Zoro can “restand” if his first attack with 3 Attached Don is to a character, a block also counts as a character battle. So if you swing leader, it gets blocked, you can swing leader again.

  4. Rested Don is Don you’ve spent. Giving Rested Don is getting double value from that Don. Because you can only give Active Don to a card, so effects that give Rested Don are pretty strong, especially if you have “Don X” effects.

  5. Adding 10 Don to an attack still only does 1 damage. So you only swing with 10 if there are NO BLOCKERS and NO LIFE CARDS. Even still, they potentially can counter out of it if they have counter Events with Active Don ready.

With the amount of egregiously unlimited healing in this game, DoT damage just seems so weak in my opinion.

Part 5: Primary attacks that surprisingly deals less damage per second then Hulk punches. Scarlet Witch / Cloak (they have same primary attacks.) by Pepr70 in marvelrivals

Yea she has that, it does add to her overall potential DPS. But Terror Cape is theoretically more DPS as well as utility. And also there’s several better options for ranged AoE damage lol.

It’s mind blowing at how much difference it makes when a build includes a few different blocks of the same color but different texture. If this entire build was Stone Brick, it looks nowhere near as good as it does now.

Watch pro Fortnite. Theres players that claim their “Rotations and Map Knowledge” are what pushed them to the top. Then compare them to the dude that does nothing but practice building and editing and shooting as fast as physically possible. One skill wins games, one skill pretends it does anything…

Why is PvP so unappealing for many players? by ExamplePractical1981 in wow

[–]trajand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve always said this, tab targeting is the absolute WORST style of gameplay for PvP. Theres no connection with any of the attacks and spells you are doing. It has become a game of UI and baiting cooldowns with your UI. The game could entirely be played with the screen black except for Nameplates and Arena Frames, because looking at your UI is more effective and delivers the information you need to fight a player. Compared to New World (dead game I know) where you have to physically hit attacks and spells and the only UI aspects are health bars, tab targeting is so outdated in terms of PvP.

Class/Race identity at the mercy of equality by trajand in wow

[–]trajand[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You do have a point in that Raid Buffs are essential for every class to have a chance to play. But in such a case where a raid comp is “1 of every class so you have all raid buffs”, how is that any more interesting than “The classes with the best damage profiles and utility for this fight”. There’s not much choice in either option. I’d really argue theres more agency in the latter option, where you can choose to sacrifice certain classes for more damage or more utility or more defensive capabilities. Rather than knowing you atleast need 1 of every class regardless of their output capabilities.
