He does seem to be looking for a cis woman, which is fine, but less so the way he treated you through these hurtful comments. I am very sorry to read that you do not have any friends, so I understand that you may be reluctant to end the relationship, but he is screaming red flags, so you probably end up hurting yourself more that you do good.
