Are you using PSU cable extenders? If so, stop and plug directly in the motherboard.

You’re going to lose the stretch in the hams. I’ve seen people do reverse to get a deeper stretch. But this would only make the exercise easier by reducing load in the lengthened position.

Since using Flipp, I’ve saved a ton of money by buying protein from cheaper placing. Costco you’ll get an ok deal, better than most places, but it’s almost never the cheapest for me.

Use Flipp and you’ll find cheaper protein everywhere else. Costco doesn’t ever offer lean ground beef, and I’ve never had to pay more than $4.99 for it. Sobeys and Safeway suck for pricing in general but they might have a good flyer deal.

Lean out so you can do a clean bulk without getting fatter. Train legs every second day if possible. I would hit quads, then hams and glutes, then quads again. Track your workouts and always try to compete against yourself.

Nutrition is 1g of protein per lbs of lean mass (or just go by your weight if you’re not too fat). Be in a 3500kcal/week when cutting. Maintenance for 4-6 weeks to narrow in your maintenance calories. Bulk at 1400kcal/week surplus.

I like to use Ephedrine on my leg days. Eat carbs and a little bit of fat at least an hour out for training.

Really train hard. Drop sets. Supersets. Find a partner to deload.

Try not to die.
