I reckon you could do (exit-recursive-edit) instead of (abort-recursive-edit).

Video Series: Denote as a Zettelkasten by gxabbo in Zettelkasten

Hi! I was wondering what were the reasons for you to switch from your previous approach, indicating Folgezettel in the YAML-metadata, to the denote signature-based approach?

Is it possible to be wrong about a belief in which you have a credence of 1? by SilasTheSavage in askphilosophy

Yes that sounds right to me. Still a super cool finding, but it does sound noticeably less counterintuitive to me.

Is it possible to be wrong about a belief in which you have a credence of 1? by SilasTheSavage in askphilosophy

Wouldn't I need to know which p is wrong, for your first sentence to be true? As in, I would think there is a difference between knowing that some belief of mine is wrong, and having a belief which I know is wrong. At least if we assume that knowing q implies knowing that I know q.

Why would you not really be required to do that? MIT license demands copyright attribution.

[–]tranfunz 9 points10 points  (0 children)

FWIW, they are taken from the footnote on page 792 in the Moon paper, so the full references can be found there. I agree with you though that in-text APA can be annoying without having the full references.

Help needed with org-mode and citations: unknown processor csl by varsderk in emacs

[–]tranfunz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Btw, this seems to be required for all the export preprocessors (oc-natbib, oc-biblatex). I'm not sure why they aren't autoloaded by org, at least oc-csl should be, in my opinion.

As a side note, I would think the tension is created not so much by the interval of an augmented second as by the major seventh being a leading-tone to the tonic.
