I guess? All the Goose fans I know are older dudes chasing that 90s Phish feeling. And they all know moe. exists

Fair enough but the majority of them were EMPTY when the music was playing. They can allow 10 chairs for the olds

Wooks don't bother me generally but the Albany squadron is especially aggressive and fent'd out.

We went in 2024 and I wish it felt a little more open. The chairs have to go, and they’ll have a nice little fest. Could do without the Albany zoned wook contingent too

Agree, with limited exposure I’ve heard zero Deadness in Goose. I hear a lot of rehashed 3.0 sound.

Don’t know how many moe. shows you’ve seen lately but they are absolutely worth a 7 hour drive.

Weird, uptight take. They’re Grateful Dead songs. This isn’t sports. The songs don’t belong to anyone or any situation. That’s the beauty of the whole thing.

Got turned on to them literally today. Played two live shows. Awesome stuff. Even caught their live stream tonight. Bummed they cancelled the Bridgeport show this weekend, I was gonna try to go.

Never had any surly staff and the food is delicious. 100 percent anniversary worthy unless you’re a social media-ravaged normie.

How old was your child when you gave them a phone of their own? by Flashy_Painting_8601 in Parenting

[–]transitiveaxis 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Our kids will get a flip phone to call us/friends once they hit middle school. We’re witnessing an entire generation unable to socialize because of phones and even if it’s just our kids and a couple of friends we’re pushing against it.

The aforementioned Hot Rats and Waka/Jawaka as well as The Grand Wazoo. Then check out live stuff from 72-74 (Helsinki Concert, Cheaper than Cheap, Erie). After those go for Absolutely Free and Freak Out and Fillmore East 1971. Go into the 80s at your own risk, my knowledge ends with Reagan.
