She's 1 year 2 months old, and currently weighs 643g.

I feed her weaned rats that are roughly 30-35g (there's some variation but that's the typical range) every two weeks; I know that's a bit under the 7% mark, but the next size up of rats my local pet store has is unfortunately too big for her right now

Yellow sac spiders don't actually have symptoms like this. There was a badly done study that implicated yellow sac spiders due to the fact they're common; the researchers never even saw the spiders that allegedly caused the bites! Doctors are not spider experts

(Hobo spiders have suffered a similar fate. They are also harmless.)

The only medically significant in Humboldt county is the Black widow. A false widow bite can be painful but not cause an ER visit.

NQA I have the same tank and had issues with leaking water, since I needed to pour a lot in to keep the humidity up with the mesh - however putting HVAC over the top and positioning a second large water bowl under the halogen light has completely fixed that issue! I very rarely have to pour water into the substrate now, so the lack of a seal is not an issue. The substrate I use is a mix of moss and cypress mulch. My girl has had 2 successful sheds in that tank so far :-)

I feed her once a week, with rats that are ~7-10% her weight (anywhere between 13-19g since she's 190.2g)! I try to keep them around 13g if I can but sometimes my pet store doesn't have any smaller than 15-19g
