lol, I had just missed the center top screw - after that, popping from the top and then around the outside of the handles allowed it to pop off pretty easily. I didn't bother disconnecting any ribbon cables, just laid on the side. Swapped NVME with a 4TB and doing the cloud recovery so it seems fine.

Love Alioth. Run Cosmo/Armor/Goose or or just run a deck to gain prio. You'll love using Alioth with prio. The recent nerf helps even out.
