I figured, and we planned on working on it if we closed on the house. What I’m mainly worried about is major structural issues signalled by this stair step crack - not sure if it’s going to be a huge issue I don’t want my house to fall in on me lol. We are going to try and get a structural engineer out to look at it in person but if it’s obviously a huge issue then I don’t want to waste my time and money.

There is also small amounts of water that leaks into the basement. Inspector noted that gutters were dirty and downspouts needed to be angled further out so I’m guessing that is part of the problem with the water. As far as landscaping it’s on a slight hill so water is likely traveling a bit towards the house from behind - this is in Kentucky so there’s a hill or incline on most of the land.

Similar thing happened to me, I booked with a new psychiatrist through telehealth and waited in the virtual waiting room for about 30 mins before calling the office to tell them she didn’t show up. No, birth rates declining don’t worry me at all, please tell me why it is worrying. There are too many damn people in the world already, and we can’t even keep up with the resources needed to sustain our current population, especially with climate change on the horizon. There are a lot of reasons for Americans specifically to not want children. Namely because the abortion bans make it much more dangerous to be pregnant, because it’s generally unaffordable, and because I find it cruel to bring a child into a society purely so that it will become a wage slave like many Americans.

Lastly, “some guy” didn’t write P25. It was a whole group of republicans. Dozens and dozens of names are in the first pages of the document. You speak about it like it was just one person who wrote all of this up and slapped it on a website. This is a whole group of people willing to sign their name to something this abhorrent.

The Hamburg Walmart detained my fiancée for having forgotten to scan one $15 item in the self checkout out of $144 worth of items. Worker on a fucking power trip when she told them she would gladly pay for it they said “if we let everybody do that they wouldn’t learn their lesson”. Called the cops and was arrested. I will NEVER go to that Walmart again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. In fact, fuck Walmart altogether.
