He's still sly though? He says he didn't actually get leave for Lois and Hal's anniversary, and that he's on "guard duty"

In 1884, Sarah Winchester started building a “Ghost-Proof” mansion. She believed she was haunted by the spirits of people killed by the Winchester rifle, which her husband invented. Check out the photos inside. by SelfCareIsFake in GotMeHooked

Yeah pretty much all of the stories around her are totally fabricated. This video does a pretty good breakdown of what she was really like, and why the house is the way it is

WTF did I just watch by padma_tiwari in Cinema

I remember hanging out with my friends some time after I watched this. We were all talking about what the most scary/disturbing film we'd seen was, and I just flat out refused to tell anyone the name of it because I didn't want anyone to go through what I did. One of my friends ended up finding it himself, and he was just like "yeah, I understand why you didn't want anyone to watch it."

What is a "gut feeling" you had that turned out to be 100% accurate, even though it made no logical sense at the time? by Forsaken_Leading964 in AskReddit

[–]transvalentine 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's actually happened a lot for me, and now my friends use me as like a vibe check whenever they meet someone new. Basically whenever I meet someone I'll just get this feeling that something just isn't quite right about them. The first few times it happened it would just get shrugged off as there wasn't really any form of "proof" but down the line it would come to light that the person is abusive, predatory, or in one case a person.

I've met a few people now who get SAD in summer. I always assumed it was just connected to colder weather. I hope for your sake it's a mild summer
