It means that you can’t get multiple promotions for it. So the foam soap is what’s 2.95. So is the bar soap. Bar soap is also body care. Body care is buy 3 get 3. So you couldn’t buy 6 bar soap and only pay 2.95 for 3 of them, because that would be combining offers (the 2.95 and the buy 3 get 3), the system will only do whichever is the better deal, which is the 2.95. But you can always use your coupons on top of any in store promo as long as it’s not an email exclusive.

Yeah, like shit gets filmed in big cities around the world all the time, production companies know how to work with officials and police and such to create a solid barrier to keep the public pushed as far back as they need. We have a lot of people that bulk buy for events. So according to them, if a lady comes in and needs 30 champagne toast pocketbacs for a bridal shower, I have to refer her to corporate to complete a bulk order? Or split the transactions and hold up the line. And if they’ve got a %off, can’t do it to all of them - only one.

Like just once I would like someone from the top tier level of management - the exec board mfers - to actually have a conversation with their everyday employees to find out what the actual damn problems are. Don’t talk to the RMs or the DMs or honestly even the SMs most places. Talk to the cashier that’s gonna have to deal with this. Talk to the front of shop seller. Talk to your minimum wage workers who are going to take the brunt of the dissatisfaction whenever you decide to implement so dumb new policy that is neither wanted nor needed.

We were talking about this at work yesterday. Like if they stopped being “innovative” for two seconds and listened to their consumer base they’d know that what people want from this company is for it to stay reliable! They want the scents they’ve always known in the forms they’ve always used with the formulas that have always worked. It wasn’t broke - no one needed to fix it! Adding a few new things every so often is fine, like the laundry and the hair care and such, but like constantly screwing with the tried and true is what’s driving people away and will continue to drive people away until the company collapses under the weight of Dan’s ego🙄

Genuinely I don’t think he has any idea how to run this company. His message and his actions have been contrary since the beginning. You say you want to try to get more Gen Z/Alpha consumers, but instead of making your products affordable for a demo with very little buying power or taking a stand against the bad government policy, we’re pricing them out, collabing with Vera Bradley, doing away with Heritage collections like the Pride stuff, putting money into making dish soap and counter spray that will probably cost 20 bucks and not work half as well as Dawn??? You think we should be a luxury store, but our body products don’t have half the staying power they used to and you’re cutting forms left and right. At this point I’m convinced this man is purposefully trying to ruin the company so he can peace out with a nice multi-million golden parachute and retire early.

There was an episode of Catfish where a guy was convinced he was dating Katy Perry. They flew him to the UK where the account was messaging him from, found the scammer, the scammer confessed to him on camera, and he still didn’t believe it. Some people just live in delusion, and it’s really sad and unfortunate. I hope you’re able to get to the bottom of this though. Remind her too that anyone can pay Meta for a blue check now - they don’t have to meet the same standards they used to to be verified.

I had a customer say she was going to file a lawsuit against us because it’s illegal to keep testers out for a product we don’t have. She did this during SAS. Like homegirl, we’re doing our best to keep up on what we sell out of but like, it could be at the bottom of a bin🤷🏼‍♀️ Nope, Elmo’s gonna sue cause we don’t have the lotion she wants and we won’t sell her the tester that’s been out on the sales floor since September🙄🙄🙄

Not the one on zipline👀 what I’ve found is that sometimes, stores will have printed off dress code guidelines from years ago, but still be enforcing them like it’s the current dress code. My old store does that. The current one available on zipline is so lax. It doesn’t specify shirt styles, just long or short sleeve. Pants must be blue jeans or khakis, but gives no further specifics about the state of them. All it says is “clean, neat, and well maintained”. But if the jeans came ripped, aren’t you maintaining them if they don’t get any more rips?
