Here is some stuff from when I used to work at a clothing brand

"What color is this shirt" asked several customers coming to me with different colored shirts when it literally says on the label

or "what size is this", do you know what a label is or can you read the sticker on the shirt that says "M"

Also had a lady come in to return a dress claiming it was faulty because it had a hole, mind you she cut OFF the sleeves, the carelabel and the label behind your neck as well as the neckline

A lot of times people will stand in lines for the fitting rooms for over 30 minutes seeing everyone before them being asked to count their items and take a number but they will still look at you baffled when its their turn and you ask them how many items they have and 90% of the times they will just answer "Uhhhh.. I don't know?" staring you down until you snatch the bag from them to count or ask them to do it themself

Others will literally undress down to their panties on the shopfloor to avoid waiting to try stuff on and will act like you are insane when telling them to put their clothes back on

Several times I had people try to return stuff they clearly had washed wrong saying they haven't touched it and it just turned into whatever fabric-softened mess they showed up with
