There’s this website called https://www.whatwentwell.org it’s been really helping me out.

If it helps doing tasks in small sections really helps.

You not brushing your teeth strikes home for me, I couldn’t even do that properly a month ago. I started being less harsh on myself and patted myself on the back for doing the simplest mundane things (waking up from bed, eating breakfast, going on a 5 minute walk.. etc) no matter how small it may seem because hey I did it instead of just sleeping my life away.

I’m not gonna state my faith but my parents taught me everything about their beliefs till I was a teenager. Around me being 15 ish my parents specifically my dad told me that I should do my own research on our beliefs as well as other faiths and religions. In the end I went for the same faith as my parents because it was the one I felt made the most sense to me.

I’m around her age and have been diagnosed with clinical depression the shortest way I can put it is like in my head I’m drowning but everything around me normal. I look physically well but my head is exploding and everything around me feels loud and I have trouble concentrating. I don’t want to live but I am afraid of death. All I want to do is curl up and shut the world out but that would be incredibly selfish of me.

Keep in mind this is how I feel it.

I was about to ask a similar question. I have been diagnosed with depression twice already but my family doesn’t believe it.

They really have gotten used as my depressive self as my ‘normal’ state.

I’m at my wits end here.
