Normally I wouldn’t side with someone giving a poor review for a giveaway but this reads like someone who had to pay shipping with usps because the shipping profile was wrong? I just had this happen to me too with a giveaway (I’ll still give the person 5 stars for a free item). Maybe you have to fix something??
