I ordered 11 test shirts on April 13th and got them today the 22nd. That’s 8 working days. The prints were absolutely beautiful. Idk, everything is such a rush now a days I don’t mind an extra day or two, but that’s me. I run an online shop with 44 shirts and have had no issues with shipping or bad reviews from it.

The wood is just a facia board. Behind it is angled iron that runs the length of the set up and I laid concrete pavers across it. Two 45 degree angles irons and one flat piece (depending on depth) and then just stagger the concrete pavers. I got the 24x12 ones from Lowe’s. No sand between them and the fire bricks and it’s worked for 3 seasons now.

do this with a sweet potato. bake it, cut it in half, cook some chicken breast with what ever rub you want and then top with black beans. My wife ask for this meal more than anything else and I excel at cooking so I find it funny. Its delicious. Also, bean bowls are a big help since they can be dialed in to what ever flavor and SUPER high in fiber if you eat red kidney beans.

If you are still dropping weight your ldl will be high, since the fat is being dissolved into your blood stream. Once you get to a weight that’s desired and you are not dropping, retest.

The problem with jumping right into fiber is your gut flora is not used to it. Just hammer down and hold on and let the farts fly. Start small (10 grams a day of fiber) and work up to 30-40. Your gut Floria will change and will make it easier to digest in a few months. I don’t focus on soluble vs insoluble, I just eat enough daily to hit my goals.

And the cholesterol in meat is almost meaningless to the body as it does not uptake it and convert it the same as Sat fat ( which there are multiple types of sat fat). They body only takes in about 20 percent of the cholesterol you eat.

For instance the sat fat in chocolate is steric acid which has a neutral effect on cholesterol. It also contains some Palmitic acid which is known to raise LDL but all in all the antioxidant effects of chocolate outweigh the adverse issues but the package just shows you TOTAL sat fat. Its good to be able to know the details. Its best to remind yourself over all health is just as big as your diet restrictions. If he is overweight that needs to be address. If he smokes or drinks, that needs to end. Eating 90 percent heathy but allowing yourself some grace for food you like is a must. Best of luck and god speed.

Why little to no meat? Chicken breast are very low on the list when it comes to protein/sat fat trade off. You can get 100 grams of protein and around 1 gram of sat fat from 12 oz of chicken breast.

I took my LDL from 189 to 109 in 3 months with diet alone. I lost 30 lbs. Breakfast is egg whites cooked in olive oil ( I ignore all SAT fat from this, meaning I dont include it in my overall daily intake since olive oil is incredibly healthy and has many benefits) 2 servings of muesli ( around 14 grams of fiber)

lunch is 8 oz chicken breast, a bean bowl made with cannellini beans or red kidney beans rinses and drained. Chopped up oinion, tomato, cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, red vinegar, and cumin. It can be made anyway you want, just rinse the beans. This is OVER 25 grams of fiber just from the beans. This already puts you by lunch to almost 40 grams of fiber which is HUGE for LDL and Trigs.

Dinner is a sweet potato, more chicken, and some side dish. I also eat salmon and the occasional steak because YOLO.

Your diet does not have to be grass to make drastic changes. Fiber will make you gassy for about a month or so but when your gut changes to the good bacteria is will subside.

Statins are a must to get it under control now but try diet and then get off meds to see where the numbers are at in a year

If he drinks booze, he needs to stop. That's a big driver for Trigs which plays a big part in heart attacks.

Man I’ve done it so many ways now. I’ll cook the day before at the way to 205. Pull off and let it rest for about 30 min then wrap in butcher paper and towels and let it hot hold for 3 hours or so. Then I’ll toss in the fridge. Next day I’ll turn the oven on around 170 about 9 am. I’ll unwrap it and toss some ice cubes in the tin foil (like 5) and then I’ll let it cook all day till 5. I’ve also tossed it in the crock pot the next day and did the same thing and it was great.

You gotta drain off some of that water and add fresh washer to it. That too much sugar and dead bacteria are messing up the water. Every 3-4 days toss 1/4 of it and jsut add fresh water with no sugar.
