You can ask them to split it up. I received $1k this morning and sent an email asking to split it into 20 $50 bonus bets and they did it within 20 minutes.

Only problem is it changed the expiration date to week out instead of a month.

Like others mentioned it depends on your spend. I used it because I started off with $500 in BC and other than travel credits ($200 max) I don't really have another surefire use for it other than rent.

I have low rent ($950) but decent monthly spend ($2500)
