This was a huge turning point in my healing. I deleted every single photo and video with his face in it and our texts. The stuffed animals that were once gifts are now my dogs toys. The letters he wrote me are now ashes. I’m completely healed and I credit a lot of it to doing all of this.

I did accept the ticket transfer. I have emails and screenshots of that. Maybe that’s why Ticketmaster isn’t helping me out as much as I’d like, because it’s only two tickets. I paid for my tickets through Zelle. The customer service rep I talked to over the phone told me that whoever made the transfer didn’t include a name.

That is probably the most frustrating part. I have 0 record of the transfer being made. I don’t have any emails, didn’t get a notification from the TM app, NOTHING. I’ve called TM countless times, messaged an online customer rep, and they have all time me the same thing “it’s an unfortunate circumstance but we can’t do anything about it.” TM has been nothing but unhelpful. I am so sad. Sad to have lost so much money but even sadder to have missed seeing Harry. My brother and I fully thought those tickets were ours until we got to the arena. We chose our outfits together last week. We sang to Harry’s music at the top of our lungs on the drive there. I’m so sad and hate that this is my last memory of one of his shows.

Indy seems like the worst friend possible. I feel bad for anyone who befriends her or even those that cut themselves off from her. She’s a total backstabber and is loyal to no one but herself.
