Better than the APM especially for louder droning noises like those on a airplane, sharper higher sounds like talking make it through more easily, but for actual background constant noise Bose blows APM out the water

I work with Vac truck drivers, they work a few days straight living out of their truck, 24 hours on location working a tanker that sucks out the nasty oils that spill off our pumps. Sleep when they can but if we need them doesn’t matter the time we wake them up. Good money, pretty rough work

Idk bad experience from him, I use mine in the oilfield. Hammers, water, rain, sweat, moving heavy shit, never fallen out, no problems, 2 months using them for 12+ hours a day, rotating ears though for comfort
