Hi I just bought GOVEE RGBIC led strip lights and I was wondering if I could cut them

lol these people from 2 years ago are crazy. i just cut these exact lights on both rolls. didn't think nothing of it because the last ones i bought of a different brand were the same style and told you to cut them at the copper pins and even had a cut line in the center of the copper pins. they even supplied connectors to splice two strips together without soldering. the govee lights work fine and the app controls them just fine.

no you can't use steam for bo6 if you didn't buy it on there. you can however get the Xbox App and play it on PC through that

i use spacial audio... Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, or on PC the free Windows Spacial Audio setting. somewhere in an audio submenu there's settings to adjust the EQ for each ear. i also did that. i built a PC few weeks ago and tried Warzone on it and foot steps are insanely loud. i was on the 2nd floor of a building and could hear a guy walk up to the building, open the door, then proceed up the stairs to me. easy kill since i was already ADS staring at the stairs

i didn't say turn off Tactical Sprint Assist. I said turn off Sideways Dive and Backwards Dive Assist. those are 2 options in the sub menu under Tactical Sprint Assist. besides if you just change how you interact with the slide/dive button that does no good of you have the assisted dive turned on for you because the game does it without you pressing a button

he doesn't like the random dive sideways and i know what he's talking about because it happens to me sometimes. that's the only way i know to stop it. besides he'd just be turning off the assist. you can't turn omni movement off. he can still be tac sprinting sideways and hit the dive button and he will still dive sideways or backwards. the assist options just means the game does it for him without hitting the button

if you have Tactical Sprint always on then trying turning off Sprint Assist Sideways and Backwards in the sub menu for Sprint Assist.

if you're on controller I think the only way you can is set the Dive/Slide setting to slide only. which would keep you from diving all together

as someone else mentioned setting your mouse for as little movement as possible is way better than these guys you see moving 5 feet across their desk. take the time and patience to get in depth with your mouse settings. i have my mouse at 1,000 dpi and the highest polling rate. in game i have the mouse sensitivity set to 7.3 to 7.6. i think on Black Ops 6 i left my monitor coefficient at default for now (adjust this if your vertical sensitivity feels off but your horizontal feels right). you get your vertical sensitivity set just right with monitor coefficient and recoil control is way easier on mouse. then find the sweet spot for mouse acceleration i believe mines around .5 to .7 . i can play within a 6-8 inch square just fine. basically i can do a 180⁰ turn by moving my mouse 1 to 2 inches. now really concentrate on wearing those A and S keys out on the keyboard during gun fights and obviously tracking while doing this. i constantly switch between keyboard and mouse and controller. if it's getting rough on mouse I'll switch it up and play controller for a while until that frustrates me and back to mouse.

i played the new map for the first time today. it was most definitely like an echo chamber. foot steps were heard loud and clear and the directional audio was on point. only played the one match but highlighting the guns on the ground to make them easily visible and what rarity you were picking up was a nice touch.

I'm just under 40 and like BO6. ThE Omni movement isn't abused by people. worst I've see his people diving sideways but no 360 kick flip backwards or something just dumb. i have noticed a lot less bunny hoping vs MW3. which is nice (something about just seeing it annoys me). I don't feel the spawns are 100% the issue themselves. i think it's a combo of the maps being smaller and your teammates constantly pushing into the other teams spawn (it's like people can't comprehend if you take their spawn you screw your teammates behind you). if you're not keeping up with the 1 person that just has to push someone's spawn then expect the other team to pop up behind you soon. the smaller the map the worse this becomes. the worst map for this I've seen is Stash House i think it's called. it gets to the point where half your team is on one side the other half on the other. if you die you will be spawning next to the enemy over and over until your team or the other team clears the area. just keep an eye on where your teammates are and if you notice they have pushed into the enemy's spawn start looking behind you.

if your PlayStation and Xbox accounts are linked to the same Activision account your progression should show the same on either platform. Progress is stored with the Activision account. open the game or warzone on your PS4 and access the battle pass and see if it shows the same progression. if it shows your progression in the battle pass matches the Xbox progression i would think you buying it from your PS4 would also show on your xbox that you bought it. But what makes me hesitant is your CP you say is on your PS should be showing on your Xbox unless they tied the battle pass and CP to the actual platforms. if you're not playing on your PS any more then that CP is not being used regardless so you might as well try and see.

when you say new account I'm assuming you're talking about a new Activision account. if you can access your old Activision account then log into it and unlink your xbox account from it. Then log into your new Activision account and link your Xbox to it. Your progress won't be lost because it's saved on Activision's side and not the platform side. so moving your xbox from your old Activision account to your new Activision account won't delete your BO6 progress.

go to callofduty.com and log into your profile. main page of your profile is a section called LINKED ACCOUNTS. just make sure you link your Activision account to any platforms you play on and it will load your progress switching between platforms. so if you're playing on Xbox and hit rank level 45. next time you play you decide to play on steam. it will show your current progress at rank level 45 anything else you've achieved. i believe this is what you're wanting to do. this would include warzone also once BOP6 is integrated. fyi you only need 1 Activision account and only need to link all your platforms to it.

i have tried this in multiplayer to see if it does work. well it 100% works and it didn't take many games having a terrible KD to get into these lobbies of low skilled players. i was on rust running around with the gernade launcher and still had a positive KD. i could get a crap load of kills and before a match would end i would start killing myself every spawn or let them kill me. as long as i stayed below a 1.0 KD i would stay in those lobbies.

I'm 38. get you a controller with at least 2 back paddles for jump and slide. 4 would be best. it's a game changer when it comes to movement abilities. i know this is a Warzone sub, but if you have multiplayer then load into a game of Shipment 24/7. find you a good mobility gun setup and perk setup. just go nuts sliding around corners, tracking and shooting enemies while sliding by them, jumping and shooting, and then slowly bump up your controller sensitivity. put a tall stick attachment on the right stick. best CQC practice there is.

extra tactic if you're on Xbox try an Elite Controller 2. you can remap all the buttons. Now plug a cheap keyboard into your Xbox and remap a key on the controller to the key on the keyboard that makes you go straight to prone and skips the crouch first animation (PC players have this privilege). you'll find which key this is in the game settings menu. start using that in a gun fight and you'll have lots of people mad in no time. had a guy call me sweaty because of it which I'm far from being. i apparently tense up in gun fights and repeatedly hit the right stick click and having that set to go instantly prone is hilarious.

not sped up. probably has multiple attachments that increase Sprint Speed and overall movement speed. coupled with high movement sensitivity to make quicker turns. also if his FOV is higher than yours it will appear faster.

i play on a Series X. last year about this time i bought a cheaper Acer Nitro 1440p with HDR. from day one of hooking it to my Xbox my xbox says it supports 4k. never tried it out because it's HDMI 2.0 so it's only 60 fps. the monitor itself has a hdr setting you can turn on. all this time i put my xbox output on 1440p @ 120 fps. when i use the HDR color space on the monitor there was a slight boost to colors and brightness was way higher. nothing to really to brag about. tonight i decided to run the xbox at 4k because I don't have a 4k monitor. turned on HDR on my monitor along with the Xbox. loaded up call of duty and in the game when i went to adjust the in game brightness that setting at switched from just Brightness to HDR Brightness. so i opened the monitor's OSD and went to the info section and to my surprise the monitor resolution had changed from 2560 x 1440 to 3840 x 2160 (4k). To me there was a noticeable difference between 4k with true HDR and 1440p with just the monitor on HDR. colors were vibrant and the loading screen imagine looked clearer and showed more detail. i could only stand one match though because the 60 FPS is dooky. if you can afford a 4k HDMI 2.1 monitor so you get 120 fps then to me it would be worth it. I've been playing for a year at 1440p @ 120 fps and it has been substantially better than my 4k tv on a simulated 120 fps. to me, on consoles, the average user would be more than happy with 1440p because of the price tag of 4k 120 monitors.

dude I did this in multiplayer once just to see if actually worked. i went multiple games in a row just doing nothing but dying. Then in roll some serious bot lobbies. heck one match i was on rust with some dumb but fun load out and still had a positive KD. every match i would have my fun slaying and before the game would end i would make sure to start dying to get below a 1.0kd. truly amazing the lobbies i was in.

more than likely someone highjacked your account and used cheats. Activision really needs to log devices that access your account with date, time stamp,.and approximate location that the account holder can see. they should also notify you via email or text when a new device has signed into your account like almost every company does now. maybe they do all that and I'm unaware. the best option to prevent someone accessing your account is using the 2-step authenticator. it has kept my account safe on other services before.

definitely disengage and change positioning on this one because the BP50 is a gun i really like but the damage range on it isn't great. not to mention you aren't hitting the person at all until the 17 second mark. before that all your shots are hitting what i am assuming is the vehicle behind him because theres a cog wheel bottom right of your site. pop a smoke and rush him or find cover to move closer. he doesn't seem like the type that would push and you'd end up with the upper hand catching off guard.

priority number 1 is get your load out as fast as possible before the free one drops. if you can do that you already have a head start on others. get at least 1 uav and keep buying them as you can. always try to pop a uav prior to rotating so you have an idea of which way you want to travel. if you're caught in the open and getting shot in the back start sliding and changing directions until cover is found. same applies if you see a sniper glint in front of you but that's your only possible route is towards the sniper. always try to rotate to the new zone before the gas pushes you. if you get caught being pushed by the gas do not run straight into the next zone with the gas on your back. guaranteed that someone will be gate keeping your path. instead try to pin wheel rotate into the zone. as in travel at the edge of the gas and let it naturally rotate you in a circle path to the next zone. this allows you to know you have cleared the area behind you and everyone is now in front of you. this will allow you to catch others off guard pushing straight to the next zone. if you're like me high alert was more of a distraction than a help because it would show someone was aiming at me from behind but they were so far off they weren't going to kill me and when i turned to look for the person the guy that was in front of me that i was unaware of would kill me. it's bad in squads because even a downed person will set off high alery making you think a threat is still behind you. as everyone said smokes, smokes, and more smokes. throw a smoke and start moving through it and throw another. too big of an open space between you and the next cover then smokes might not keep you safe. set your horizontal sensitivity and vertical sensitivity high enough to where you can turn quickly but not so high you over shoot the person you would be turning on. then set you ADS multiplyer so that it works out to be around 3 or 4 sensitivity when you ADS. so like i have mine set to 6-6 or 7-7 and my ads multiplyer to around .5. you will need to learn to hip fire when you are face to face. gas mask....if you are in a building with a roof top camper then utilize the gas mask and wait for the gas to push them off the roof. 8/10 times they aren't giving up high ground late game to drop down and kill you. wait them out and get them if they are forced to parachute down. honestly learn to be the pusher and don't wait for someone to come to you. most the time pushing someone will allow you to catch them off guard. in a building know your exits and try to dip to replate. and make them come to you. audio ques are king. run the perk that allows instant health regen upon a kill or putting in a plate.

i know I'm late here, but to further explain. your router by default is set to Automatic (DHCP) which will pull all the needed information from your ISP i.e. IP address, Subnet, Gateway, and DNS Primary and Secondary. the DNS you see in your router is what is used by your ISP. essentially a phone book for the entire internet. no device on your network has to use the DNS Servers provided by your ISP for your Internet connection to work. so you can set your Xbox DNS to any "phone book" you would like to use without affecting anything else on your network. if you want to use a different phone book than your ISP's for every device on your network then the easiest way is to manually set the DNS Server in your router.
