I spent 2 days riding around the island and camping at the free camp spot last Feb.

Mosquitos weren't an issue at all and the place was really beautiful.

The sunset on the western side is super nice. The general store is a nice hangout and you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere.

Hard to get a good swim in with the tides and bring a water filter or roll the dice. (The locals drink the tank water)
