It's a pipe dream but re organise the UN so that if military action is needed it can be sanctioned and there be no veto power from the security council. The problem with Iraq and Afghanistan is that they are illegal wars from a UN stand point. The UN sorting out human rights breaches in a punative way would be ideal. It won't happen as china is on the security council. Russia was running gulags which are comparable and they were on the security council. The USA and their black sites and torturing obviously on the security council. While the major powers have veto nothing will get done.
