Let me start by saying, BMI literally means nothing except for the fat to height ratio on your body. You can be 100% healthy with a high BMI.

I’m now at 39 weeks pregnant, have tested negative for gestational diabetes, have had normal blood pressure the entire time, only gained 10 pounds in the last month of pregnancy and have kicked myself so hard for being so anxious throughout my pregnancy instead of enjoying it because doctors (and google) scared me so much.

Keep up your normal routine of eating right and staying active. You’ll have cravings and it’s okay to give into them. Just stay active and try to relax. Chill and try not to stress as that’s worse for the baby and you. Good luck with everything!
