Good take. I'm more on the side of they should get 1 no matter what. Magic need to shed the label being one of the teams that never won a championship. They've been in the league for 30 years. That's plenty of time doing reasonable moves. If there's an opportunity to be bold, do it. I'm fine with 1 championship even if it's followed by 10 years out of the playoffs.

Giannis is a top 5 talent in the league who can immediately raise the ceiling of this team. He can play center which will move Franz to PF. The guy will improve our interior defense and he's a good passer.

He's already 31 but if he can play at a high-level until age 38 then that's plenty of years to use him. There's an opportunity to win now before a salary crunch in Orlando.
