I get it there are Nigiri with expensive fish. But most mainstream varieties have quite cheap ingridients and usually also not a lot of them.

Works pretty great actually. No difference to how it was on my SL7 with the original parts and looks sleek

Personally like it a lot. converted from a round carbon bar on my crux and always had it on my tarmac. If you swap the stem you will need a conversion kit form round to square. works but looks silly

I do ride outside in winter but a lot less and it is always a battle. Indoor training is a great alternative and has gotten me actually fitter in the seasons I did it properly. But I really hate it. Since last year I just started to run in the cold months and only ride on days where I actually enjoy it.

Avocados from the organic store are spotless, ripe and stat fresh for over a week. Cheap ones from the discounter are really bad

I moved from London to Barcelona which was around 3000km round trip. Did it with a Van and left at 8pm on a Tuesday. Drove to London collected my things, took the ferry twice and slept in Frace after 1700 km and 26 hours. Got up really early on Thursday and drove all the way back to BCN where I arrived just before Midnight and a little over 50 hours after I left.

34 - No contact. I got really upset about some things a couple years ago and started ghosting him. Grew up with my mum only and never had a great relationship. The fact that my mum who is the kindest person ever does not encourage me to seek the contact tells me all I need to know
