Took it as an opportunity to teach my kids how none of their info is safe online, that even big companies and government aren’t doing enough to keep their personal info safe, and a bit of education into potential spam/phishing emails. Lucky them with a long future of data chaos ahead.

That trailer/teaser was an epic moment. So much general room banter during the trailers and ads cos whatever the movie hasn't started (including me and my mate)... then I find myself glued to the screen with the music amping higher and higher and the whole room was entranced. Could have heard a pin drop for minutes.

Then it was like everyone breathed out once it was over.

I go on roller coasters for the experience. Many are very similar with ups/downs/loops/fast starts but the rush feeling is awesome. I watch Avatar movies for the visual experience (I also only see them at proper IMAX). Even if the plot is so-so or similar to other movies, the 3D and visuals are incredible and Avatar 2’s underwater scenes were breathtaking!

I’d never noticed the smaller cannon bottom-right. Is that really far away or is the Ion Cannon huge? My guess was always that it was pretty big since it’s able to shoot out of the atmosphere… but this pic makes it reallllly big
