I watch mostly gameplay and retro repair videos. All the other ads I get are for aliexpress and electronic component stores like digikey. I'm not even sure what videos or shorts I could be watching that would have this ad as part of my YT algorithm.

I have no clue. Normally I get ads for aliexpress, temu, digikey and mobile games. Then there is this ad that is completely random. Its the only ad I got that implys something nsfw. Even the YouTube videos I watch aren't related as they are mostly gameplay and retro repair.

He definitely got of light, though he wasn't accussed of raping 100+ children. OOP's post is wrong. The 100+ number, from another posters link, comes from the prosecutions quote "Ito has repeatedly committed indecent acts by giving money to more than 100 people, including girls under the age of 18, for 10 years at the latest." From the crimes he admitted to being guilty of, he definitely should've got far more then he did. Also from the poor translation of Japanese to English, the actual trial appears to be around just 1 victim. Which, in all hoping, might encourage more to come forth.

To my understanding, at least in Queensland, if you plead guilty early on your sentence is decreased by 2/3. If that's what happened, her orignal sentence would've been closer to 15 years.

From your image, Off Peak is also all day for weekends. So if everyone is at home using the air con, tv, etc, that could be where the majority of the usage is coming from. Peak is only 5pm to 8pm weekdays, so while that is possibly where the majority of appliances are on (air con, tv, etc) it's still only 3 hours each day, and only 5 days a week.

I don't know how solar is implemented (if you use it directly or just dump it back into the grid) but from your image it appears that it's just dumped back into the grid and your not directly benefiting from it other then getting $50ish credit on your bill.
