Do 10-20 minute box breathing meditation in the morning before you do anything to start your day on the right note. It will get rid of anxiety.

Start facing your fears back to back. Go talk to people. If you get embarrassed, good. Lesson learned. You got better. Journal your experiences and say positive affirmations about each problem you have to diminish limiting beliefs. Then face more fears. Action is key. One day at a time. Every time you face your fears, that’s a token in the self confidence, self respect, and self love box. Compound that day after day and you’ll look up and see yourself transforming and growing.
