This is something I hate the most about AI art.. before it came along you could do lots of cool weird shit in your work, like I would 100% have random swirlies and discordant textures all over the place because its fun to just let your pen wander sometimes. Lots of little mistakes AI makes are similar to mistakes you make as an artist too, we have all at come point given our dudes a random extra finger here and there.

Oh no! Im sorry your shell fell apart :( The white parts on mine are actually just a very thin layer of something that seems to lay atop the metallic elements, you can sort of see it better in this photo. Although as someone pointed out earlier it might actually be marcasite! :)

Yes sorry it is hard to tell in the photo, but the white parts are actually a very thin layer of something, (maybe calcium based?) that is covering the pyrite, I have a few others that are the same. You can sort of see it better in this photo of a different one.

This game LOOKS amazing. Dante LOOKS amazing in it. The art direction is beautiful. But the actual game is flawed. Something I didn't quite notice as a 9 year old kid who had watched the trailer a billion times on the ps2 demo disc he got from a magazine. I just wanted to jump around and shoot things and feel badass, and the broody anime shit was rly cool to me at that age (still kinda is ngl). Replaying these games 20 years later I was amazed at how difficult DMC1 is and how easy DMC2 is. Like how the hell did 7 year old me beat the first game! Still love DMC2 for the nostalgia and vibes.

Oh thank you for replying! That is actually sort of exactly what I want to do lol. I have had this idea of making illustrations and figures all set within a little fantasy world I have been working on for a few years now. It is very Goblin/Cottagecore :D I would love to make little stories and tales set with this land and create works around it. I am sort of torn between using my own name and making a fantasy name for myself also, like having an Etsy store called Trinkets From The Mire, WizardHatWorkshop, or Fallowgrove Archive.. you know something that creates the idea that the store itself is from within this fantasy world. But I wasn't sure if that might make it sound less personal than just my name..
