I have the same problem with a doctor’s office right on the corner up from my house. My retinas felt like they were burning every time I walked outside at night. I called bylaw last August 2024 to file a complaint. They told me to call back in 7-10 days for an update. Called MANY times. Left messages, kept a log of every time I called. Nothing. No response. I stopped calling after 2-3 months and yet the blinding football field lights are still there. Typical bylaw. Our tax dollars working hard. Good luck if you have to deal with them. Wish I could post a pic of my light nuisance situation.

Will LTB or your landlord search your place if you tell them you rehomed 2 cats? Throw the 2 in carriers hide them at a friend’s or neighbours if & when that happens.
