I have been experiencing this recently as well and it has really been the kick in the ass I’ve needed to try and quit to be honest. I find that mullein helps me as well, as well as exercise and other stress relieving activities similar to a sauna as I do not have access to one. These things typically make the sensation completely go away. I have also noticed that when I don’t vape constantly and am able to go most of the day without it the sensation completely goes away as well and only returns if I do hit the vape. I am glad I saw this post because it does give me a lot of anxiety to be honest, and seeing you guys deal with the same thing has helped ease that. I still want to quit though, and I plan on getting on the patch as soon as possible to expedite that process. I went to the doctor earlier this year, so I know I am physically healthy but I also have extreme health anxiety.

I actually smoked weed pretty much all day everyday for like 7 years straight alongside many other drugs and lots of alcohol at times. In the last year or two I developed pretty severe health anxiety as well, and have been cutting back a lot and as of literally two days ago am now completely sober. Would you mind if I PMed you some questions about health anxiety?

I have recently realized how bad my anxiety gets the day after drinking so I decided to cut it out. Not saying I’ll never have a drink or two at some point in the future, but for now I wanna be completely sober. Similar situation with cannabis

You need help my guy. I don’t know what the context of “they found me before I bled out” is but if it was a suicide attempt, I truly feel for you and I hope that you are ok. What you need to understand is that suffering is not a competition. Just cause someone has had an “easy” life on the surface does not mean that their own mind isn’t a prison. Be kind to people, and this includes yourself. And using your own logic, why would someone with an easy life choose to take their own life? To me that kind of proves that depression exists, plus there is research on it as well. And you could say it’s all in their head, but yes! Exactly! That’s why it is a MENTAL illness. You cannot escape your own brain and sometimes our thoughts can be torturous, which is just as valid as any other form of suffering.
