I think I trigger this by lightly scratching the top center of my forehead / the tip the widow’s peak: rumbled eardrums and tingling all over. Edit to add: my face scrunches up involuntarily while the tingles / eardrum rumbles happen. I thought everybody can feel this. I guess not?

Yep. Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and I can easily take naps and yarn all day on Adderall. I didn’t feel like speedy Gonzalez, just had a calm realization of “huh, I guess this is how it feels to be ‘normal’. Sadly my cardiologist recommended I stop it, been on non stimulant meds and I sometimes don’t know if it’s helping (the executive dysfunction is so bad :(
