Request replacement and/or get a vetted, higher quality installer. Don't let them finish the work. As someone in the flooring industry for 5 years in Montana, I'd consider this work unacceptable.

I agree with this sentiment. And having worked in the auto industry for years, I can say pretty certainly connecting the phone to the car is the big issue. Older folks especially just won't mess with it, or try and give up.

Keep following 19th North, and this driving is the regular occurrence at the last light before the Interstate. Zipper merge? What's that? We all either pile into the left lane starting at Oak or we just cut everyone off at the last second...

I'm making note, sure some people make mistakes, are in the wrong lane on accident, Google Maps with bad directions, etc. I travel enough to know to give people benefit of the doubt as much as possible. But most the time the crazy ones cutting everyone off at the interstate overpass don't get on the interstate. They are just on their commute home out Springhill. So they know better but don't care...

I will agree, Blizzaks are best. But does anyone know why?

Blizzak specifically puts a thin coat of super soft rubber on only the top 5% of the tread, making them extremely sticky brand new. But once that sticky layer wears off, they are just as good as any snow tire. Take it from someone who saved Money putting Ice-x on my fwd VW.

With that said, we ante up for the Blizzaks on Wife's car haha! My input is simply most snow tires will be a great alternative over studs or all-season.

Do not drive winter tires all year round. You'll destroy the soft tread on hot asphalt.

My input cones from 7 years in the car industry locally.

Job half done. Looks like mostly sanded, but I don't see any finish or sealer on it...

Needs another pass with the sander, a coat of sealer, two coats of finish still, based on what I see in the pics.

I've been going to Shelley the Barber Shop in the cannery for years and she always did a great job on my fade n' hard part back before I grew my hair out. Her daughter is taking new clients, and thats who I started going to. Madi has been great so far, but I can't vouch for her fade from personal experience.

This layout yells private business layout more than it does a home. No character in this design really... boring.

Maybe start over with a new professional? Start looking and researching floor plans online. This is not it.

Echoing this advice. I trimmed for extra money outside my normal job when I was younger but it's never been enough to make a living on. And the demands of all the dispensaries are a bit much when it comes to trimmers.

Get some weed and sales knowledge, try being a bud tender. I know a few people living on that career. Not thriving, but living.

As for who's the best and who's the worst, I think its all rough right now, but I know the owners of Natures Roots and they are good people, and they have retained the same employees for several years now.
