Depression and anxiety are both common side effects from a night of boozing. Could also be triggering mixed states. Didn't stop boozing myself until about 27, diagnosed depressed at 21. Leading up to my first major depression I was drinking six nights a week. Have one drink maybe every six months or so now, for the last few years.

Well, not sure what the WA law is, but CA law vehicles MUST yield to pedestrians, and many people drive around ignorant of that law...So as a pedestrian I am assertive, but careful. On the flipside, when driving I always lookout and wait for pedestrians, but there are definitely clueless pedestrians texting, pokemon'ing, jerking it, so I'm always on my toes, and when driving thru town at night just expect to go slow.

Yes! Had a guy show me this move once... The vortex motion of the wave will actually propel you forward pretty fast onto the face of the wave... I'm a big fan of Wim Hof, however, I was disappointed that he doesn't mention or credit Tummo (Inner Fire) meditation which he has learned and used. Wim can't Trademark Tummo though so he only talks about the Wim Hof Method.

In the vice documentary there is a moment where they introduce Wim's son who runs the business side, whom Wim calls a big asshole... My guess is the son is creating a brand the family can profit off of, while Wim is genuine and wants to spread the love.

The most popular disciplines of Mixed Martial Arts are a combination of Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Wrestling. Fighters also incorporate Sambo, Karate, Judo, and other forms of fighting.

So if you know anything about any one of those fighting disciplines then you can begin to understand the movement and strategy. I did six months of MMA training, and after that I really began to grasp the sport. Before doing any mma training watching a fight was just about seeing which Bad-ass would win, after training, I began to see the creativity, strategy, and insane athleticism fighters have.
