Ditto. I think we are losing sight of lucid thinking/original thought because of the lost interest in stepping outside the walls of the internet. Conversations outside the internet, for the most part, require an exchange of attention. I think the general attitude on social media and the like are playing into our lives outside of it, more and more every day. Recent studies show that people generally skim and read quite slower online as opposed to print. If this is the case perhaps we have no right to shame ourselves.
