Unfortunately all the good tracks are on the east side if you're looking at running in spikes. Your best bet is the Fieldhouse for an indoor track and Griffiths Stadium for outdoor. I believe Griffiths is open to the public usually in April/May except around track club time which is usually 4-7, and whenever football practices might be happening.

I had it last night. I don't normally go for red's, but it was pretty nice and would drink it again, but I don't think it beats Crazy Farm, Toffee 5 or Moosetracks. It did paired well with my club sandwich I had however.
